Dell launches the Inspiron M101z laptop at Rs. 20,900

Dell announced to launch its latest ultraportable laptop in India, called the Inspiron M101z laptop. This laptop is the perfect combination of weight, size, performance and modern look.  It is also an easy-to-go laptop for students. The Dell Inspiron M101z tries to balance between portability and performance and add a bit of style. This notebook is slightly larger than the Dell Inspiron 10 laptop.


The Dell Inspiron M101z budget ultraportable laptop comes with an 11.6 inch LED-backlit glossy display which supports 1366 X 768 pixel resolution. It provides a full keyboard for trouble-free typing. This notebook comes with a six-cell battery which has the weight of 1.6 kg. With this battery, user can achieve up to 6 hours and 36 minutes of backup. This laptop is powered by AMD Athlon II Neo dual-core processors – K125, K325 which offers up to 1.7 GHz clock speed. It also incorporates ATI Mobility Radeon 4225 graphics. The laptop has windows 7 Home Basic operating system.

The Dell Inspiron M101z provides up to 4GB of DDR3 RAM and 320GB SATA hard drive which is able to store 38 hours of HD video and 142 hours of DVD quality video. 80,000 MP3 songs can also be stored in its hard drive. It offers 3 USB 2.0 ports, Ethernet, VGA and HDMI port. It also supports wireless connectivity standards with Bluetooth 3.0 and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n. This laptop is available at retail counter for sale with the price tag of Rs. 20,900 and can also be purchased online on Dell’s website.
